As you all may know, Disney World can be pricey if you don't plan your trip out accordingly. Just a table service meal alone can range from $35-55 a person each meal vs going to a quick service restaurant or getting a snack costs under $10. My favorite Disney hack is whenever I go the parks, I eat a good breakfast, a snack for lunch, & a table service meal for dinner. That way you're gonna be saving big bucks while you also do the rides & attractions during the day, making it to where you're whole day isn't taken up by dining reservations.
Now don't get me wrong, as a foodie I LOVE to eat. My best advice to you all is to maybe even split a meal if you have someone else in your party that wants to share to save money that way. Disney World does not skimp on food & everytime I go the the parks I am super full because the portions are big!
Impossible Empanadas at Kusafiri Coffee Shop in Disney's Animal Kingdom ($9.99)
Each park has a lot of great snacks to choose from but today I'm going to talk about the best budget friendly snacks. These impossible empanadas in Animal Kingdom in the picture above are by far one of my favorites due to the uniqueness of creating plant-based goodness with an African inspired twist.
If you're wanting a snack that's more eccentric to the Star Wars universe, another good option is the infamous Outpost Mix pictured below. This galactic popcorn has a blend of Red Chili Lime & Blueberry Lemon Poundcake which, as unlikely as it sounds, kind of tastes like Trix cereal. You can find this snack in Hollywood Studios inside Galaxy's Edge which has a whole bunch of other cult-culture snacks such as the Ronto Wrap & Blue Milk.

If you're craving more of a sweet bite to eat, Dole Whip is probably your best bet as it is the most popular snack in the Disney parks that you can find a different flavor everywhere you go. My preferred flavor is the OG pineapple but you can also find lemon, raspberry, watermelon, lime, orange & strawberry all around the Disney bubble. On my recent trip to Disney World, I tried the I Lava You Float & I've been dreaming about this cold sweet treat ever since.

To put this soft-serve float in a nutshell, there's orange Fanta soda at the bottom with orange Dole Whip featuring pop rocks finished with orange syrup on top. Orange Dole Whip hasn't been my favorite because I'm not really into tangy desserts, but the soda balances this out really well.
Over in Epcot, there is a special chocolate mousse that is delightful & something I try to get every time I go because it's just that dang good. This dark chocolate cup full of whipped goodness is also plant-based & dairy free. You can even modify to be made gluten free and remove the Oreo cookie crumbles.

Last but not least, a snack that is very unique you can't get anywhere else on property is the beignets at Port Orleans French Quarter Resort. These little cajun puff-like doughnuts are a neat addition to the Scat Cat's Club, and they can even make allergy-friendly beignets as well if you're gluten free or vegan.

If you're planning a future trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth I hope this blog post was helpful! I wanted to guide you all to the unique snacks than your typical Mickey pretzel or Mickey Premium Bar. There's so many exclusive things Disney World has you can't get anywhere else and I think that's what makes this special place such a distinct vacation destination families year round.
