If you have been to Disney World you know that the company is very electic and unique with what they put in their stores as far as merchandise goes; along with spirit jerseys, loungefly backpacks, Starbucks tumblers, etc.
Recently in the last couple of years, the Disney company has closed all the in person Disney stores that used to take your local malls by storm. The reason for this being the supply & demand for more of an online shopping experience so the company wanted to focus on its e-commerce business.
Today I'm going to be talking to you guys about the best places to purchase those collectible Minnie ears to wear around the parks. Every time I go to Disney, I see guests walking around with some of the most beautiful ears. Either hand-crafted or store bought, I will mention both as there's a plethora of options to choose from!
Most of the Disney merchandise stores like the World of Disney in the Disney Springs shopping center have the most popular standard pairs of ears that range from $25-30. These are just your usual certified Disney ears with sequins, bows, or velvet. I love this pink & white pair featured above I got on my recent trip which were $26.99!
If you're wanting something a little more fancy, I would recommend going with some Bauble Bar Ears that you can get off the Shop Disney website that you can order online. These ears are high caliber, and the most comfortable in my opinion. The price for these ears range from $55-$59 a pair but like I said, these ears are high quality and you get what you pay for. The pair above have jewels attached to the ear part with pearls on the headband finished with a velvet material & polka dot bow all for $49.99.
Last but not least, my favorite thing to do is support small businesses and one of the best online shops in my opinion is Soarin' Over Main Street. You can find them on Instagram under the same name & the owner Daphne is the sweetest. Her ears she makes are hand-made, have extra stuffing in the ears part, have a comfortable head band, & dare I say these are better than the ears Disney makes!
The orange sequin ears pictured above was for Halloween & I think corresponds very well with Spooky Season! You can find this pair during select shop openings Daphne does on Sunday nights at 6 pm pct. Her prices vary from $45-50 plus tax.
Well there you have it! As you can see there are so many different ways you can get your hands on some Minnie ears, but the best choice on who's the better brand is yours to decide. As always, I will be posting bi-weekly blog posts on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9 pm cst. Thank you so much for reading this blog post!
