Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs
Located at Coronado Springs Resort near the Gran Destino Tower, there is a beautiful water view restaurant that sits overlooking the lake. The Three Bridges Bar & Grill is by far one of my favorite lounges in all of Walt Disney World that serves up Spanish fare.
I like how the menu is unique to the resort with it's theme and the flavor of the food is unmatched in my opinion. I always like to start out my dinner here with a glass of their signature red sangria or a skinny margarita. During the day they even have a course called ''Sangria University" where you can sample a sangria flight and the bartender explains each one which I think is pretty cool.
Red Sangria for $14 at the bar
Spanish Margarita for $16.50 (their version of a skinny margarita)
As far as appetizers go, I'm a sucker for their roasted corn dip served with tortilla chips and I crave this all the time back home. This dip is 100% plant-based for all to enjoy who are vegan or have a dairy allergy. If I could explain what this dip tastes like, it almost has a smoke flavor from the aioli along with tajin and dairy-free parmesan. I would 10/10 recommend getting this app if you go to The Three Bridges.
Roasted Corn Dip (Plant-Based) for $12
If roasted corn dip just isn't your thing and you want something a little more lighter I would order the Villa del Lago Salad with Grilled Shrimp. This salad is very refreshing but if you're super hungry and want something filling I would order elsewhere on the menu.
My favorite thing about this salad however is the sherry vinaigrette & the Yukon gold potatoes. For some reason those 2 ingredients just make the salad! The shrimp on top was perfectly seasoned as well but you can also get it with chicken too if you'd rather have that.
Villa del Lago Salad with Shrimp $19
Now onto entrees I would highly recommend the off-menu impossible tacos if you can speak to the chef. Basically, you can modify the pork tacos on the menu to swap for the impossible taco meat and dairy-free cheese with mango salsa which is heavenly. Every time I've ordered this it has not let me down and I love that they are blue corn tortillas but are small like street tacos so you're not stuffed leaving out of there.
Off-Menu Impossible Street Tacos That You Can Modify
All in all, I would choose the Three Bridges over the restaurants here at Coronado Springs such as Toledo and Maya Grill. The prices are hard to beat, the food is excellent & full of flavor, and the atmosphere is so pretty at night. Definitely head on over to this Spanish-style lounge when you're on your next trip to Disney World!
